  1. I imagine there's a lot of Metallica and Bass guitar blogs online...what makes the two you added special?

  2. In regards to Rachel's comment:

Rachel - Did you watch the Cliff Burton Solo video? If so, you can obviously see why this is a good resource!

Kevin - Great Job man. Your blog is way better than mine was at this point last year. You are gonna kick my tail in Globaloria if you keep this up! But that's ok, I can handle it....

  3. Jim,No tail kicking here. We are united! Our goals and resourses are a collective. I think our team brings so much too the table. Liz brings the "Global" aspect, you the leadership and expereience and my technolgy and visual mediums background. United we should have all bases covered.

  4. Rachel,
These two seemed the best two to sleepy eyes. I will keep digging deeper, these two just seemed like good starting points. Check out the 2nd video down, the late Cliff Burton is a beast on bass!!!! This video is probably my all time favorite.

  5. Cool! Glad to have a chorus of experts chiming in! If you had to choose one Metallica album that I should own, what would you say? I'll get whatever you tell me.

  6. I can't really choose one. I can narrow it to three. They are Master of Puppets(1986 breakout), the Black Album (1991 mainstream)and Death Magnetic(2008 return to the heavy). Jim is going to have a different point of view on this I would say.

  7. For the uninitiated, the Black Album is definitely the best "one" to own!
